Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Risk Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks.

Conduct thorough analysis of credit and financial data to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.

Manage and analyze large datasets to draw meaningful conclusions and drive business decisions.

Engage with diverse stakeholders to drive projects within defined timelines.

Review and update Internal Finance Control (IFC) documents and processes.

Job

MBA preferred with a financial background or CA certification.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large datasets.

In-depth understanding of financial products across retail and commercial lending.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Understanding of regulatory requirements for NBFCs, HFCs, and other financial institutions.
