As a Risk Lead-Consumer Durable Loan at our company, your role involves preparing and implementing policies for the Consumer Durable business. Your primary responsibility will be to mitigate risks in the Consumer Durable businesses through robust customer segmentation actions, developing appropriate policies, delivering proactive portfolio actions, participating in developing strong digital-led underwriting processes, and running a proactive forward-looking portfolio management process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure all requirements are fulfilled and risks are mitigated while delivering high-quality service to customers. - Identify early warnings and internal controls of the portfolio. - Draft and update all policy documents for the business banking products in the bank. - Implement policies to ensure high portfolio quality while meeting the target Turnaround Time (TAT). - Utilize tools such as automation to increase process efficiency. - Collaborate with respective teams to deliver rich analytics and data-driven insights for portfolios. - Partner with credit underwriting, sales, and product teams to understand market developments and absorb feedback for policy actions. - Ensure successful adoption of internal compliances and regulatory framework. - Manage vendors supporting risk processes. **Education Qualification:** - Graduation: Bachelor's degree in any relevant stream. - Post-graduation: Any stream. - Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience.
