Risk Executive

Key Focus Area

Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate financial, operational, and strategic risks

Reporting: Prepare risk reports and dashboards for management and compliance.

Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal risk policies.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business units to understand and manage risks.

Roles and responsibilities

• He/she should have the authority to sanction secured loans, particularly Loan
• Against Property (LAP) and other secured products.
• Must have a thorough understanding of the end-to-end loan process for business loans, including LAP, MSME finance, working capital loans, and bill discounting.
• Should be capable of evaluating borrower creditworthiness and making independent
• lending decisions on secured products.
• Must be well-versed in financial and banking statement analysis relevant to business loans.
• Should be able to formulate and enforce credit risk mitigation policies regarding loan terms, interest rates, and collateral requirements.
• Collaborate with collections teams to manage recoveries and minimize NPA risks.
• Prepare and present risk reports and insights to senior management on a regular basis.
• Work closely with credit teams to streamline loan approval processes and align them with risk strategy.

Skills and experience

Education: Bachelor's/Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Business (MBA/CFA/FRM preferred).

Tech Skills: Hands-on experience with LOS, LMS, credit risk models & data analytics tools.

Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of RBI guidelines & lending regulations.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, detail- oriented, and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
