What would you do The Time & Expense Business Operations Senior Analyst is responsible forAssisting the T&E Operations lead on ad-hoc projects and requests including process improvement initiativesInformation gathering as required from operations teamsGathering and maintenance of supporting material to ensure processes are executed in a unified way with low risk, high quality, and high performanceExecution of a number of key T&E processesAuditing of employee expense claimsMonitoring of internal T&E ticket resolution to ensure KPI is metEscalation management related to T&E related activities/Team SAP End User Hands-on ExperiencePower Dashboard hands-on Experience Able to Liase with multiple regions key stakehodlers/Internal Teams to ensure that deliverables/SLA were met.
