Join us to drive strategic risk controls, process excellence, and certification readiness. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: Identify & assess operational, regulatory, and compliance risks Maintain & update the risk register with mitigation plans Conduct RCSAs, define Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) Lead compliance gap analysis, remediation, and internal audits Ensure alignment with regulatory, contractual, and internal standards Drive governance using CMMI principles and improve process maturity Liaise with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders Manage training, root cause analysis, and KPI-based reporting ✅ Preferred Certifications: CRCMP / CRISC (or equivalent) ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor (preferred) CMMI-DEV or CMMI-SVC knowledge Show more Show less
