Should be working in

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Python

  (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib/seaborn).
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
  
• Experience building risk models, scorecards, or ML-based predictive models.
  
• Familiarity with data pipelines, cloud platforms, and version control (Git) is a plus.
  

Domain Knowledge

• 38+ years of experience in

  consumer lending

  ,

  credit risk

  ,

  analytics

  , or

  portfolio management

  .
• Strong understanding of underwriting frameworks, risk indicators, and portfolio performance metrics.
  
• Experience in retail lending products: PL, CL, CD, CC, or digital lending preferred.
  

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Excellent communication, with ability to present technical insights in business terms.
  
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  
• Experience working in a

  Bank, NBFC, Fintech, or Digital Lending

  environment.
• Exposure to regulatory guidelines, credit bureau data, and fraud risk models.
