Description

We are seeking an experienced Rigging Foreman to oversee and coordinate rigging operations at our construction sites in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of rigging techniques and safety protocols, along with strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate rigging activities on-site to ensure safety and efficiency.
Oversee the installation and dismantling of rigging equipment and structures.
Conduct regular inspections of rigging equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Train and mentor junior rigging staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to plan and execute rigging tasks efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of rigging activities and equipment inspections.

Skills and Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in rigging or related field.
Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
Proficient in the use of rigging tools and equipment such as slings, shackles, and hoists.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
