Rig Chief Mechanic

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Rig Chief Mechanic, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role Hands-on experience with Top Drive systems, HPU, diesel engines, cranes, and mud pumps Advanced knowledge of Amphion systems, Cyber Chair, and NOV rig control interfaces Experience working on HTHP (High Temperature, High Pressure) wells Strong understanding of rig safety procedures, certifications, and industry best practices Excellent communication and leadership skills Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET, HUET, Medical, etc.) Key Responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate, and perform maintenance on all mechanical equipment, including engines, pumps, compressors, Top Drives, and rotating equipment Ensure reliability and operational efficiency of Amphion systems, NOV rig control interfaces, and Cyber Chair systems Manage troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical failures in a timely manner to minimize downtime Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, equipment logs, and spare parts inventory Lead and mentor mechanical crew members to promote skill development and adherence to safety protocols Collaborate with other department heads (Electrical, Drilling, etc.) to coordinate rig operations Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry standards Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
