Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rice Supervisor located in Karnal. The Rice Supervisor will oversee daily rice milling and processing operations, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, managing a team of workers, scheduling maintenance of equipment, coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves implementing process improvements and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in rice milling and processing operations
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards in the food industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, or related field is a plus
