Job Description

As a Risk & Internal Control Professional at Siemens Energy India Limited, your role will focus on driving Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), and implementing the Risk and Internal Control (RIC) methodology. This is a great opportunity to build a career in governance, risk, and compliance within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate ERM processes including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across the organization. - Support the implementation and monitoring of ICFR, DOA, and other control frameworks to ensure compliance with PCMB requirements. - Liaise with internal and external auditors for audits, control testing, and remediation of deficiencies. - Coordinate IT General Controls (ITGC) and system-based control assessments like SAP and other ERPs. - Act as a bridge between businesses, corporate departments, and RIC support partners to foster a strong control culture. - Work on complex datasets, excel templates, perform data analytics, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements. - Execute management-assigned projects related to governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. **Qualifications:** - Preferred qualifications include CA, ICWA, CS, MBA with 3-7 years of relevant experience in business processes, risk management, or audit. - Candidates with practical experience in risk, audit, or controls will also be considered even without the preferred degrees. - Certifications such as CIA, DISA, CISA, or equivalent are optional but preferred. As a candidate for this role, you should possess: - Strong understanding of end-to-end business process cycles like P2P, O2C, H2P, R2R. - Prior exposure to Internal Audit, ERM, SOX/ICFR compliance is highly desirable. - Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, root cause analysis, and business process improvements. - Knowledge of IT controls and the SAP environment. - Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and data handling. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. - A team player with assertiveness, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and grow within the role.,
