Job Summary:

EvGateway is seeking a sharp and organized RFP & Government Bid Analyst to support our business development efforts by identifying and evaluating public-sector opportunities related to EV infrastructure. Review each RFP or bid document and extract key information such as scope of work, eligibility criteria, submission requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria.

Summarize findings into digestible internal briefs or checklists for the proposal team.

Flag any potential red flags or non-alignment with EvGateway's products/services.

Internal Coordination:

Communicate regularly with the sales, technical, and compliance teams to ensure RFPs are qualified before time is invested in response.

Maintain a shared tracker or CRM of all bids under consideration with statuses and deadlines.

Market & Policy Awareness:

Stay informed on funding trends, federal/state EV infrastructure programs, and regulatory requirements that impact RFPs (e.g., NEVI, Buy America, ADA).
