Vacancy For R&D Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Perform research, testing, and analysis on product concepts.

* Conduct market research to assess product viability and consumer needs.

Work closely with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues.

* Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.

* Lead projects and ensuring timely completion and compliance with quality standards.

Design circuits, PCBs, and prototypes, making necessary calculations and technical drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Strong knowledge of electronics, circuit design, PCB design, and field work.

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective verbal and written communication for collaboration and documentation.

Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams.

* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Experience in programming (C/C++/Python/.Net) language is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong team player with a proactive approach to work.

Work Environment & Travel Requirements

Primarily an office-based role, but requires on-site work and travel as needed.

* Must be ready to travel on short notice for fieldwork and customer interactions.

Pay: ₹14,153.75 - ₹45,537.70 per month
