Job Description ViewRay Systems is currently seeking a Senior FPGA Design Engineer, who will share our passion for conquering cancer and help us innovate and develop novel cancer therapy systems. Responsibilities : Develop deep understanding of electrical system/sub-system solutions from concept to production. Develop high quality requirements for electrical components and modules. Work with the team, tech leads to understanding the project goals, architecture. Be proficient at VHDL, AMD/Xilinx Vivado tool-set, RTL Coding style Signal processing, Serial communication protocols, state machines, memory interface architecture and simulation. Develop FPGA modules that implement variety of sensor interfaces, data acquisition systems, high speed communication modules, signal processing, multi-layer closed loop adaptive controls, memory management, efficient software-hardware interface, interrupts, etc. Collaborate with fellow engineers for expanding FPGA design and hardware integration.
