Revenue Manager

Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain rate parity across all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). Handle all OTA reservations, ensuring timely updates and accurate information. Regularly respond to and manage guest reviews and feedback on OTAs and Google. Perform daily competitor rate analysis and adjust pricing strategies accordingly. Take ownership of PMS (Property Management System) administration, ensuring data accuracy and smooth operations. Coordinate with front desk and OTA teams for smooth booking flow and inventory management. Generate regular revenue reports and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making. Candidate Requirements Prior experience in hotel revenue management or OTA handling is preferred. Proficiency with PMS platforms and OTA extranets. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and written skills for review responses and coordination. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
