Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Conduct engaging product demonstrations and interact with clients to showcase the features and benefits of the HIMS software, tailored to meet their unique needs. - Assist in implementing and integrating the HIMS software across client healthcare facilities, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to daily operations. - Conduct GAP analysis at client sites to identify inefficiencies and provide process improvement strategies to enhance operational performance. - Support clients in optimizing internal processes and aligning with NABH standards to improve service quality and patient outcomes. - Provide comprehensive training sessions for healthcare staff to maximize the impact of the HIMS software on patient care and organizational efficiency. - Develop client profiles for partnership development and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations. - Address client inquiries promptly, resolve issues effectively, and provide ongoing customer support to ensure client satisfaction. - Prepare detailed progress reports for project milestones and performance monitoring to align with client goals. In terms of qualifications and skills, you should have: - Proven experience in business development, customer support, or sales, preferably in healthcare or software industries. - Familiarity with HIMS software and a solid understanding of NABH standards is advantageous. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical solutions clearly to clients. - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and other tools for client relationship management and project reporting. - Willingness to travel to client locations as required for on-site support and training.
