Job Title: Retention Marketing Manager Location: Jaipur Brand: Jisora Experience: 2–5 years Type: Full-time About Jisora: Jisora is a fast-growing comfortwear brand designed for modern Indian women. From loungewear to western co-ords, we blend effortless style with breathable fabrics — and we’re now scaling fast across D2C and marketplaces. We’re looking for someone who can turn one-time buyers into loyal brand fans. Responsibilities: Design and execute email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns for retention, upsell, and win-back Build and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.) Manage customer segmentation and personalise messaging by behaviour, RFM, or order history Create and manage loyalty/referral program communication Work closely with creative team for visual assets Run regular A/B tests to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions Monitor campaign performance and share weekly reports Coordinate with support and logistics teams to close negative feedback loops Requirements: 2–5 years in retention/lifecycle marketing at a D2C or e-commerce brand Strong command of tools like Klaviyo, Interakt, WebEngage, or similar Copywriting instincts (you can write sharp, clean, brand-aligned messages) Data fluency — you don’t guess, you test Understanding of women-centric fashion or lifestyle segment is a bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
