Full Time
Own the end-to-end customer retention charter across Paytm Moneys investing products. Drive user reactivation, engagement, and lifecycle marketing to maximize LTV and reduce churn.
• Design and execute retention journeys across email, push, WhatsApp, and in-app channels.
• Analyze churn, build cohorts, and develop campaigns to increase repeat engagement.
• Partner with product and data teams to implement trigger-based reactivation programs.
• Own retention metrics such as repeat transaction rate, churn %, and user stickiness.
• Test and optimize communication strategies using A/B frameworks.
• Drive customer insights to build long-term engagement strategies. • Collaborate with category teams (MF, Equity, MTF) to deliver contextual retention actions.
• 3-8 years of experience in Retention, CRM, or Growth Marketing roles. • Hands-on with retention tools (CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.).
• Strong analytical orientation and execution bias.
• Prior experience in fintech, broking, or e-commerce preferred.
