We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to manage our Canada and US accounting processes, including payroll operations, from our operational office in Pune, India.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Own and manage

  relationships with key international retail partners, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Act as the

  single point of contact

  for all communications (calls, emails, chat) with retail partners, addressing concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
• Supervise and coordinate internally with supply chain, accounts, marketing, and product teams to ensure timely delivery, payments, and retail-specific requirements.
• Oversee the

  daily communication process

  across platforms, ensuring all tickets/issues are resolved within agreed timelines.

• Monitor retail partner performance

  , including order frequency, payment adherence, promotional participation, and sales trends.
• Lead virtual onboarding, training, and enablement sessions for new partners to ensure they are aligned with company processes and systems.
• Drive

  reporting and analytics

  : generate weekly/monthly dashboards showing retailer satisfaction scores, resolution timelines, revenue contribution, etc.
• Identify process gaps, service bottlenecks, and recurring issues; drive improvements and SOP enhancements.

• Mentor and guide

  support team members (if applicable), providing escalation support and quality checks on retailer interactions.

• Collaborate on the development of retailer-facing communication frameworks, FAQs, SOPs, and policy documents.
