As a Retail Zone Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail zones in Zurich. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring exceptional customer service and managing inventory effectively - Coordinating with the central team and maintaining product displays - Supervising retail staff and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the retail area - Collecting and reporting feedback to enhance customer experiences To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Experience in retail management and customer service - Strong organizational and inventory management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and manage staff - Detail-oriented with an ability to maintain high standards of product display - Proficiency in basic computer applications - Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required - Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus - Fluency in English; knowledge of German is an advantage,
