Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore for a Retail Zone Specialist. The Retail Zone Specialist will oversee daily operational activities within designated retail zones, ensure excellent customer experiences, manage inventory and stock levels, and support the achievement of sales targets. The individual will also collaborate with the team to maintain visual merchandising standards and assist in implementing promotional campaigns. Qualifications Retail management skills, such as inventory management and merchandising Customer service and communication skills to create positive customer experiences Sales acumen and ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Problem-solving and team collaboration skills Proficiency in MS Office or other relevant computer applications Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Prior experience in retail or related fields is a strong advantage High school diploma or higher education qualification preferred
