Retail Technology - Technical Analyst

As a Retail Technology - Technical Analyst at Barclays, you will play a key role in spearheading the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation, and ensuring unparalleled customer experiences by harnessing cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a reference point for Customer queries and provide support as required by Technical POS Implementation Manager - Identify requirements, propose solutions within BPA and Industry policies, and ensure technical specifications are met - Undertake a review of customer testing results, perform on-site testing, and review live data for successful implementation - Advise customers and suppliers on required activities, develop and maintain implementation plans, and co-ordinate resolution of risks or issues - Collect and interpret information from various sources, keep up to date with new test tools and adapt to new working practices efficiently Qualifications Required: - Experience in Customer Support/Implementation and Technical Data Review - Strong project management skills and ability to maintain knowledge of industry trends - Proficiency in using test tools such as Tandem, Mainframe, SmartSpy, ICC Solutions Test Tool & MTIP Generation - Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders/customers Join us in Pune and contribute to designing, developing, and improving software that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues at Barclays.
