Retail Technology Solution Architect

Role Overview: As a Retail Technology Solution Architect at the company, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions aligned with retail business objectives. Your responsibilities will include leading digital transformation initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems, developing architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps, providing technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, conducting infrastructure assessments, engaging with business stakeholders, and troubleshooting complex system issues. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions aligned with retail business objectives. - Lead digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration (preferably AWS/Azure). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-commerce, POS, SCM, ERP, and CRM systems. - Develop architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps for digital retail ecosystems. - Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. - Conduct assessments of existing infrastructure and propose modernization strategies. - Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and performance bottlenecks. Qualifications Required: - In-depth knowledge of retail processes, challenges, and business models. - Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, POS systems, SCM, ERP, CRM, and billing systems. - Proven experience in cloud migration and transformation (preferably AWS/Azure). - Strong background in application and infrastructure architecture. - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work across diverse stakeholder groups. - Proficiency in identifying and resolving complex technical and business challenges. - Clear and effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences.,
