Job Description

As a Retail Technology Solution Architect, your role will involve designing and delivering enterprise-grade solutions aligned with retail business objectives. You will lead digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration preferably on AWS or Azure. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate e-commerce, POS, SCM, ERP, and CRM systems will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will develop architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps for digital retail ecosystems, providing technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. Engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot complex system issues and performance bottlenecks are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions aligned with retail business objectives - Lead digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration (preferably AWS/Azure) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-commerce, POS, SCM, ERP, and CRM systems - Develop architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps for digital retail ecosystems - Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle - Conduct assessments of existing infrastructure and propose modernization strategies - Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical solutions - Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and performance bottlenecks Qualifications Required: - Retail Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of retail processes, challenges, and business models - Technology Proficiency: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, POS systems, SCM, ERP, CRM, and billing systems - Cloud & Digital Transformation: Proven experience in cloud migration and transformation (preferably AWS/Azure) - Solution Design & Implementation: Strong background in application and infrastructure architecture - Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work across diverse stakeholder groups - Problem Solving: Adept at identifying and resolving complex technical and business challenges - Communication Skills: Clear and effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences,
