Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Retail Technology Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in the retail sector and a proven track record of leading digital and cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen across e-commerce, POS, SCM, ERP, and CRM systems, coupled with the ability to translate business needs into scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions aligned with retail business objectives.

• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration (preferably AWS/Azure).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-commerce, POS, SCM, ERP, and CRM systems.

• Develop architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps for digital retail ecosystems.

• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Conduct assessments of existing infrastructure and propose modernization strategies.

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and performance bottlenecks.

Mandatory Skills

• Retail Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of retail processes, challenges, and business models.

• Technology Proficiency: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, POS systems, SCM, ERP, CRM, and billing systems.

• Cloud & Digital Transformation: Proven experience in cloud migration and transformation (preferably AWS/Azure).

• Solution Design & Implementation: Strong background in application and infrastructure architecture.

• Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work across diverse stakeholder groups.

• Problem Solving: Adept at identifying and resolving complex technical and business challenges.

• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences.
