Job Description: This full-time on-site role is for a Retail Store Manager position located in Keshod. As the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store. Your key tasks will include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store staff, handling inventory, enforcing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring that store performance meets the set goals. Additionally, you will be expected to handle customer service issues efficiently and maintain a high standard of communication with both staff and customers.
