Job Description

Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure adherence to Mortantra SOPs.
Manage a team of 2–4 sales associates, set daily goals, and review performance.
Deliver exceptional customer service and product storytelling to create memorable in-store experiences.
Supervise visual merchandising, product display, and stock upkeep as per brand guidelines.
Conduct daily sales reporting and weekly reconciliation with Head Office.
Coordinate with HO for stock rotation, replenishment, and custom orders.
Handle local walk-ins, influencer visits, and special appointments professionally.
Train and motivate staff on sales etiquette, brand story, and upselling techniques.
Ensure the store meets cleanliness, ambience, and presentation standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
