JOB DESCRIPTION Designation – Social Media Strategist Reporting Manager – Marketing Executive A creative and detail-oriented individual who will ideate, create, and execute social media strategies, building a following, influence opinions, and promote products, services, or ideas. This role combines creativity, marketing, and strategic thinking to maintain an active online presence and engage with a targeted audience. Role & Responsibilities 1. Social Media Strategy & Planning · Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and Pinterest. · Create and manage a monthly/quarterly social media calendar aligned with brand campaigns. o Instagram is a must for any jewelry influencer due to its visual nature. Use posts, stories, reels, and IGTV to showcase your content. o Facebook remains a strong platform for community building, event promotion, and targeted advertising, making it ideal for reaching diverse audiences. o YouTube is ideal for longer, in-depth content like reviews, unboxings, jewelry collections, and styling guides. o Pinterest is perfect for mood boards, style inspiration, and curating your jewelry looks. 2. Content Creation & Execution · Plan and coordinate content shoots, ensuring all creative requirements are met. · Work with photographers, videographers, and designers to produce high-quality visual content. · Write engaging captions, select hashtags, and optimize posts for maximum reach. The type of content required - · Educational: Educate consumers about lab grown and the perception/analogy behind it. · Tutorials and Tips: Educate your audience about jewelry care, styling tips, or how to choose the right piece for different occasions. · Behind-the-Scenes: Show how jewelry is made, whether it's through craftsmanship, design, or the sourcing of materials. · Style Inspiration: Create styling looks and pair your jewelry with different outfits or occasions (e.g., weddings, work events, casual wear). · User-Generated Content: Encourage followers to post photos of themselves wearing your recommended or partnered jewelry. Reposting their content builds community. 3. Social Media Management · Host giveaways, Q&A sessions, or polls to get your followers involved and excited about your content. · Manage posting schedules, community engagement, and audience interaction. · Respond to comments, messages, and mentions. Engagement helps build trust and loyalty. 4. Track Your Analytics and Adjust · Monitor your social media analytics to understand what works and what doesn’t. This includes engagement rates, followers gained, and which types of posts perform best. · Use this data to refine your content strategy, experiment with new formats, and stay relevant. 5.
