Retail Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Hidesign India Private Limited in Jaipur, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Hidesign Store. Your primary focus will be to drive sales performance and growth, monitor store operations, and ensure the store's performance meets expectations. Your duties will include implementing visual merchandising strategies, providing training to staff, conducting stock audits, and ensuring the availability of the right stock at the right time and place through effective analysis and planning. You will also be responsible for preparing reports to track store performance and identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 3 years of experience in fashion retail. This is a full-time position with day shift schedule. Health insurance benefits will be provided.
