Qualifications

Supervise day-to-day operations of the furnishing store.

Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.

Plan showroom layouts, window displays, and product placements.

Drive sales by implementing promotions and upselling techniques.

Ensure accurate inventory management and coordinate with suppliers.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service.

Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet monthly targets.

Maintain store ambience, hygiene, and adherence to brand standards.
