Key Responsibilities: Sales and Profitability: Driving sales targets, managing budgets, and optimizing store profitability within the cluster. Operational Excellence: Ensuring smooth daily operations, implementing marketing plans, and maintaining brand standards across all stores. Team Management: Leading, motivating, and developing store managers and staff, providing coaching and performance feedback. Customer Experience: Fostering a customer-centric culture, monitoring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to enhance the in-store experience. Compliance: Ensuring all stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on key metrics to senior management. Inventory Management: Ensuring adequate stock levels, minimizing shrinkage, and managing inventory within the cluster.
