Job Title: Retail Store Manager Location: Deepmala Sarees, Gurgaon Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month Office Hours : 9:30 AM - 9:00 PM Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in retail (preferably apparel or ethnic wear) Job Overview: Deepmala Sarees, a trusted name in ethnic fashion, is seeking an experienced and responsible Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Gurgaon store. The ideal candidate should have a strong retail background, leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise store staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation. Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with the purchasing team. Motivate the sales team to deliver excellent performance. Handle customer issues, returns, deliveries and escalations with absolute professionalism. Generate and analyze sales reports for management review Ability to manage a team of 100 people . Ensure perfect professionalism and discipline among team. Oversee daily opening and closing of store. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in retail store management Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in ethnic wear/fashion retail preferred Proficiency in billing systems and basic MS Office tools
