Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Kolkata. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain inventory levels. Other responsibilities include developing strategies to improve sales, ensuring adherence to company policies, and implementing effective retail loss prevention practices. The manager will also handle customer service issues, mentor employees, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention Proven leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred Previous 4-5years experience in a retail management role is a plus.
