As a member of our team, you'll help clients bring their vision to life while delivering an elevated shopping experience. ✨ What You’ll Do Provide personalized, consultative service to clients Maintain deep product knowledge of furniture, décor, and seasonal collections Assist with in-store merchandising and visual presentation Build lasting relationships with clients, interior designers, and trade professionals Achieve individual and store sales targets Maintain a polished and professional store environment 🛋️ What We’re Looking For 2+ years of retail experience (luxury or boutique environment preferred) Strong interest or background in interior design, home décor, or furnishings Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable with POS systems and client management tools Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
