Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Bengaluru. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the store's staff. The role includes maintaining inventory, achieving sales targets, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Excellent Communication skills Experience in Store Management Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention Leadership and team management abilities Ability to work independently and make decisions Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Previous experience in retail management is a plus
