Retail Store Executive — Specialist

We design and manufacture souvenirs, legacy-inspired merch, and cultural gifts to popularize Indian heritage, artforms, and culture. Our focus includes conceptualized corporate, institutional, employee, NRI, and festive gifting, with a commitment to Make in India and GharGharHeritage initiatives.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Lead customer engagement with personalised product guidance, upselling, and cross-selling.

•⁠ ⁠Manage daily store operations — billing, inventory checks, visual merchandising, and coordination with backend teams.

•⁠ ⁠Handle online order fulfilment, maintain stock accuracy, assist in events, and ensure brand-aligned store ambience.

Profile:

•⁠ 0–3 years experience in retail, lifestyle, fashion, or handcrafted products.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, customer relationship skills, and comfort with Tally / POS tools.

•⁠ ⁠Warm personality, organised, trustworthy, and passionate about Indian crafts, culture, and lifestyle products (preferred).

•⁠ Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

•⁠ Sales skills with inventory management skills

•⁠ English, Hindi & Kannada

Pay & Perks - upto 2.5 lakhs based on experience + incentives + bonus
