Retail Sales Associate (Prime Minister's Museum Shop)

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate who can deliver a memorable shopping experience to our visitors.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors with product selection and queries
• Handle billing, cash, and digital transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the shop
• Restock inventory and help with stock management
• Share product knowledge, especially regarding Indian handicrafts and museum-themed merchandise
• Uphold a high standard of customer service

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Prior retail or customer service experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Interest in Indian history, culture, or art
• Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude
• Basic computer or POS system skills

📅 Working Hours:

Full-time | 6 days a week | Including weekends and public holidays

🕒 Timing: As per museum operating hours

📍 Location: The Heritage Art – Souvenir Shop, Pradhanmantri Sangrahlay, Teen Murti Marg, New Delhi
