Experience: 2–4 Years (Retail / Fashion / Lifestyle Industry Preferred)
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA + Lucrative Incentives (Monthly ₹30K | Annual Up to ₹1.5 LPA)

At MacV, we’re looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in the world of premium eyewear and accessories.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage daily store operations efficiently and effectively
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and enhance brand experience
• Maintain stock levels, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and share updates with cluster and area managers
• Handle escalations, feedback, and team scheduling

Work Schedule:

• Full-time | Store-based role
• Rotational Weekly Off | Weekend & Holiday Working (Retail Industry Standard)

Who You Are:

• 2–4 Years of Retail Experience (Preferably in Fashion or Lifestyle segment)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills
• Target-driven, customer-centric, and performance-oriented
• Presentable, energetic, and committed to excellence
• Immediate joiners preferred
