The Retail Store Associate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer-focused service, managing daily operational tasks, maintaining inventory, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day activities include engaging with customers, ensuring product availability, addressing inquiries, and supporting the smooth functioning of the retail environment. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and a focus on delivering excellent Customer Experience Proficiency in Inventory Management and attention to detail in product handling Customer-focused Service approach with a commitment to high-quality support Effective Communication skills for engaging with customers and team members Ability to work independently in a remote environment Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
