Retail Store Assistant

As a Retail Store Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our retail store. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Service: You will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting them in finding products, and providing information about products or services. Sales Support: You will help customers make purchasing decisions, suggest complementary products, and upsell where appropriate. Stock Management: Your duties will involve receiving, unpacking, and shelving merchandise, monitoring stock levels, and assisting in inventory management. Visual Merchandising: You will arrange displays to attract customers and promote sales, ensuring that products are neatly organized and appealingly presented. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeping the store clean and organized will be part of your daily tasks, which includes tidying shelves, vacuuming, and maintaining a presentable appearance of the store. Product Knowledge: You are expected to stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to accurately answer customer queries. Teamwork: Collaboration with colleagues is essential to ensure smooth store operations. Effective communication with supervisors and team members is key. Problem Solving: Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues effectively and diplomatically is an important aspect of your role. This is a full-time position with benefits such as a flexible schedule and Provident Fund. Shift availability includes Night Shift, Day Shift, and Overnight Shift. The work location is in person.
