Job Description

Duty Time: 3.00 pm to 11.00 pm ( Female candidates only )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls:Making calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their features, and generate interest.
  • Inbound Calls:Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries, and providing solutions.
  • Lead Generation:Identifying and qualifying potential customers, and following up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Sales and Customer Service:Explaining products or services, persuading customers to make purchases, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building:Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, call logs, and updating customer information in the database.
  • Complaint Resolution:Addressing and resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Target Achievement:Meeting or exceeding daily/weekly sales or engagement targets.
  • Product Knowledge:Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits, as well as industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information and engage with customers.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to persuade customers, handle objections, and close sales.
  • Active Listening: Ability to listen attentively to customer needs and concerns.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and resolve customer issues.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt communication style and approach based on individual customer needs and preferences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
