As part of the walk-in drive in Ahmedabad on 19th May 25 at Hotel Rezaas, you are invited to meet Reesha, the HR representative, between 9.30 am and 3 pm. For this sales role, your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in your area. - Identifying, appointing, and nurturing relationships with dealers to expand market reach and ensure optimal product availability. - Conducting thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends, using this information to inform sales strategies. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, such as builders, contractors, applicators, architects, and approving authorities, to drive business growth. - Monitoring sales performance regularly, preparing detailed reports on sales activities, and providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making. - Ensuring effective communication of product quality and benefits to clients and influencers through presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities. In addition to the sales responsibilities, you should have exposure to Tile Adhesive, Tiles, Paints, Ceramics, Pipes, and Sanitary ware sales products. It is also essential to have market exposure in Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat, Bhavnagar, Rajkot, and Tapi. Please note that the technical skills required for this role include familiarity with the mentioned sales products and market exposure in the specified areas.
