Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for both commodity and value-added products (VAP) to achieve revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. Set clear, measurable sales goals and objectives for the sales team. Network Expansion: Support business growth by expanding the network of dealers, distributors, and projects. Identify potential partners and negotiate agreements to enhance distribution channels. Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional meets and sales sampling activities. Utilize the various platforms to enhance sales processes and customer engagement. Other Points - Ensure no outstanding dues in the market by implementing effective credit control measures. Monitor customer accounts and take proactive steps to manage receivables. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and promotions

Preferred candidate profile Candidate must be from building materials OR construction chemicals industry. Candidate must have product exposure of Tile Adhesive or range of Tile adhesive products preferred. Candidate must have market exposure of Baroda market. Exposure on retail sales of Ceramics, Tiles,sanitary ware in Baroda market can also be considered.
