We are looking for a driven and energetic Offline Sales Executive to join our Delhi team and play a key role in our retail growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand offline sales channels (general trade, modern trade, specialty organic stores, and institutional sales) in Delhi NCR.

• Identify, onboard, and manage new retail partners, distributors, and wholesalers.

• Build strong relationships with retailers to ensure visibility, availability, and promotion of products.

• Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections.

• Execute in-store promotions, sampling, and activations to drive brand awareness.

• Provide market insights on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.

• Coordinate with the supply chain and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate / MBA (preferred) with 2–5 years of offline sales experience in FMCG.

• Experience in organic/natural products, health food, or premium FMCG is an advantage.

• Strong network in Delhi NCR retail and distribution channels.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
