Job Description

Title: Retail Sales Promoter

Location: Bhubaneswar

Experience: 2-4 Yrs

Salary: 2.16 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Distributor & Wholesaler Onboarding

Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and wholesalers in key markets such as
Unit-1, Unit-4, Malgodown (Cuttack), Jatni, Puri
, and surrounding areas.
Build and maintain strong channel relationships to ensure consistent product availability.

Sales Execution & Target Achievement

Achieve assigned
fixed monthly sales targets
.
Place products across
General Trade (Kirana Stores), Supermarkets, and key retail outlets
.
Drive market penetration and brand visibility in assigned territories.

Order Management & Market Operations

Take bulk orders from distributors and wholesalers.
Coordinate stock movement and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure product availability and proper shelf placement at retail outlets.

Payment Collection & Commercial Discipline

Manage invoicing and ensure timely payment collections from distributors and wholesalers.
Track outstanding payments and maintain financial discipline.

Reporting & Coordination

Maintain and submit
Daily Sales Reports (DSR)

Report directly to
Owner
, on a daily basis (same evening or next day) covering:
Sales performance
Stock and order status
Payment updates
Market and competitor feedback
