Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Engage with walk-in customers and promote products to drive sales.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly and persuasively.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Ensure product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Gather customer feedback and report insights to the sales/marketing team.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional schemes, and competitor offerings.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Assist in merchandising, stock management, and maintaining store hygiene.
Support in executing promotional campaigns, in-store activities, and product sampling.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education: Minimum 12th pass (graduate preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 02 years in retail sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, confident, and persuasive personality.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
Target-driven and self-motivated to achieve sales goals.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
