Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Retail Sales Promoter to drive product awareness and sales at Reliance retail outlets in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be the face of the brand at the point of sale, influencing customers, driving conversions, and ensuring proper product visibility and availability. Key Responsibilities: Promote brand and product features to potential customers in Reliance retail stores Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through direct customer interaction and persuasion Demonstrate product usage through sampling/tasting (for food & beverages), and explain benefits Manage point-of-sale displays , maintain proper stock levels, and ensure planogram compliance Collect customer feedback , market and competition insights to report back to the sales team Coordinate with store staff and manager to secure optimal product placement Support during promotional events , festivals, and product launches Submit daily activity reports , including footfalls (potential customers attended to versus number of customers converted versus total footfall of the outlet for the day), conversions, and inventory updates Report attendance with daily login and logout time from inside store premises Ensure the products are brought out from the back room to the store category area for proper product visibility Coordinate with the store/department manager to generate the indent for the brand products Key Requirements: Minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduate preferred 1–2 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or customer-facing roles (freshers can also apply) Good communication and interpersonal skills (local language + basic English/Hindi/Marathi) Energetic, outgoing, and confident in dealing with customers Willingness to work flexible hours Ability to travel within assigned retail territories Should be properly groomed during duty hours Should have a good presentable style Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Point Of Sales display techniques Experience with sampling/demonstration-based sales Basic data entry/reporting via mobile or manual forms Regional language fluency is a plus Compensation & Benefits: Fixed monthly salary + performance-based incentives Travel or conveyance allowance Sales training and growth opportunities in sales/marketing roles Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Provident Fund Language: Marathi (Preferred) Location: Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
