Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our team at Titan Company Ltd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure, with 6-10 years of experience in retail sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Achieve sales targets by actively promoting products and services to customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in retail sales with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong customer relationships.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods of time.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and procedures is essential.
