Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Officer located in Surat. The Retail Sales Officer will be responsible for daily tasks such as customer service, lead generation, and managing sales operations. Duties include meeting sales targets, planning promotional campaigns, maintaining relationships with channel partners, and ensuring optimal store presentation to maximize customer engagement and drive sales.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
Knowledge of Channel Sales
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in the consumer durables industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
