Role Description This is an on-site role located in Sambalpur for an Area Service Incharge. The Area Service Incharge will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and managing customer service operations within the designated area. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer support inquiries, resolving service-related issues, supervising service teams, and ensuring timely and effective service delivery. Additionally, the role involves analyzing service data to improve efficiency and maintaining strong communication with both customers and internal teams. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support skills Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Communication skills Ability to supervise and manage service teams effectively Experience in handling service-related queries and issues Familiarity with consumer durables and electronics is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
