Job Description

Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized, and assist in inventory management.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Basic knowledge of retail sales principles and practices.
